Pepper spray: Alaska, Massachusetts, New York, Washington D.C, or outside of the United States

Kitty knuckles or any knives: Internationally

Stun guns: Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, or anywhere outside of the United States

Email Confirmation 
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is shipped, you will receive a follow-up email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey. Didn't receive a confirmation email? Check your spam folder, if you still do not see it, reach out to us at customerservice@ifancysafety.com

Processing policy:
 Please allow 2-7 business days of processing time for your order to be ready for shipping or pick up. This excludes holidays, vacation days or weekends

Please allow 2-8 business days to receive order. This excludes holidays or weekends All orders are shipped through USPS. Once order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number. Lost or stolen packages:
I Fancy Safety is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. Once your order has been handed over to USPS, it becomes their responsibility to ensure it reaches you. Please file a claim directly through USPS if your package has been lost or stolen. You can call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim

Insufficient address: 
Please confirm your shipping address is correct, there will be a $6 reshipping fee if item is sent back due to insufficient address. Once your order has been received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. No refunds will be issued. Order will be held until $6 reshipment fee is paid.
